Citizen Promaster, launched in 1989, has become synonymous with professional sports watches designed for land, sea, and air. The second limited edition model for the 35th anniversary features the Cal.U680, a combination analog and digital quartz movement, popular globally. This new model blends a lugless case with sporty elegance and high functionality, embodying the design theme of the “Midnight Sun.”
The watch’s grey case and band are complemented by cherry blossom-colored accents on the bezel and crown, mirroring the never-setting sun seen in the polar regions during summer. The dial design includes a honeycomb pattern inspired by a car’s front grille, and a dual-layer construction that creates a see-through effect. The back cover of the watch features the 35th anniversary limited edition logo, emphasizing the model’s exclusivity.
