Nestled at Maximilianstraße 24, this two-story haven invites visitors to delve into the captivating realm of watchmaking, as well as the extraordinary narrative of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s legacy, expertise, commitment to innovation, and creative spirit since its establishment in 1833.
Occupying a distinguished position within the “Riemerschmid-Block,” an imposing 19th-century edifice designed by the acclaimed architect Georg Friedrich Christian Bürklein and now revered as a protected historic monument, the boutique seamlessly blends tradition and modernity through an innovative design concept. This concept captures the essence of La Grande Maison, fostering a warm atmosphere that brings the Manufacture closer to its patrons. The emphasis on organic materials and natural hues mirrors the tranquility and allure of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s home in the Vallée de Joux.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a showcase featuring Jaeger-LeCoultre’s current collections, including the iconic Atmos clock. A deeper exploration of La Grande Maison’s illustrious heritage unfolds through an interactive calibre wall, providing a virtual three-dimensional immersion into some of the Manufacture’s most emblematic calibres.
A dedicated space awaits enthusiasts of the Reverso, showcasing limited editions and high-complication models alongside myriad possibilities for personalizing the case back. The personalization journey extends to an interactive Strap Wall in the following area, where clients can discover their ideal combination of watch case with strap material, color, and stitching.
The ground floor is enriched by a “Cabinet de Curiosités,” inviting guests to delve into the Maison’s profound watchmaking expertise through a diverse array of notable inventions. At the heart of this installation, the “Manufacture Wall” accentuates the narrative by spotlighting the hundreds of craftsmen representing 180 different watchmaking skills congregated under the same roof at the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre. Elevating the experience further, a private VIP lounge on the first floor promises exclusive brand moments and personalized client treatment.
The new Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique, situated at Maximilianstraße 24, 80539 München, will be open to guests Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and on Saturdays from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.
