From February 5 to 11, the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center is set to host the extraordinary watchmaking marvels crafted by Louis Moinet at the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition 2024.
Unveiling revolutionary mechanics and pioneering materials, the spotlight of the event will shine on the ASTRONEF TECHNO. This exceptional timepiece promises a unique visual spectacle, boasting a double satellite tourbillon suspended over a silicon wafer engraved with microelectronic circuits.
Louis Moinet will also showcase two exceptionally rare timepieces. The first, COSMOPOLIS, an ultra-limited edition comprising just three pieces, has set a world record with its incorporation of twelve distinct meteorites. The second is a one-of-a-kind creation featuring fragments from the first meteorite discovered in Qatar, presenting an exclusive allure for the exhibition.
Turning the spotlight onto Métiers d’Art, the event will celebrate craftsmanship with two distinct SAVANNA TOURBILLON timepieces. The dials of these watches serve as genuine miniature jigsaw puzzles, meticulously composed of 81 pieces arranged on four different levels. Each piece undergoes micro-painting, with one showcasing a striking cobra and the other a majestic elephant.
