Orient has unveiled two new limited-edition models from their classic Bambino 38 collection. Known for their timeless design and reliable craftsmanship, these new releases come with updated color dials and premium calf leather straps, offering a fresh take on a beloved classic. The watches will be available from November 7, 2024, and sold exclusively through Orient’s online store.

The Orient Bambino line is celebrated for its classic aesthetic, combining a retro charm with modern functionality. These new 38.4mm case models, introduced in 2022, feature a domed mineral glass and a bombé (domed) dial, reminiscent of vintage watchmaking. The slim lugs and detailed case design further emphasize the watch’s understated elegance.
The Bambino 38 now comes in two striking colorways:
- Baby Blue Dial (Ref: RN-AC0M14L): Featuring a soft, calming shade with a sunburst finish, this model exudes a quiet sophistication that pairs perfectly with a variety of styles.
- Copper Dial (Ref: RN-AC0M15Y): This warm, metallic hue adds a unique touch, offering a balance between boldness and refinement.
Both models come with a smooth brown calf leather strap, complementing the dial colors and providing a comfortable fit.

While the Bambino 38 boasts a minimalist design, it is equipped with practical features for everyday wear. Each model houses Orient’s in-house caliber F6724 automatic movement, offering the convenience of both automatic and manual winding. The movement also includes a date display and boasts a 40-hour power reserve. With a daily accuracy range of +25 to -15 seconds, these watches maintain solid performance throughout daily use.
The stainless steel case is compact yet substantial, measuring 44mm lug-to-lug and 12.5mm thick, making it an ideal fit for both men and women. The watches are water-resistant to 3 ATM, providing protection against minor water exposure.
Limited Availability
Each Bambino 38 model is being released as a limited edition, ensuring their exclusivity. The Baby Blue model is limited to 6,500 pieces (50 available domestically, 6,450 internationally), while the Copper model is limited to 2,500 pieces (50 available domestically, 2,450 internationally). Each watch features a transparent case back engraved with the edition details, adding an extra touch of exclusivity.
