Oris is delighted to introduce a fresh interpretation of the mid-century-inspired Divers Sixty-Five Chronograph, a perennial favorite among retro diver’s watches. The new model features a more compact 40 mm case and a refined monochromatic dial design. It offers the choice of a sustainably sourced deer leather strap, expertly crafted by our Swiss partner, Cervo Volante, in elegant black, or a stainless steel metal bracelet. The foundational design pays homage to our inaugural diver’s watch from 1965, a timepiece characterized by its minimalistic yet highly capable aesthetics, capturing the essence of an era when recreational diving was gaining popularity. The chronograph’s distinctive silhouette is defined by its graceful lugs, robust uni-directional rotating bezel, and vintage-style chronograph pushers. Underneath its surface lies an automatic mechanical movement with an impressive 48-hour power reserve, ensuring precision and reliability.
