This exceptional timepiece serves as a testament to the commitment of Speake Marin to Haute Horlogerie. The ‘Piccadilly’ case, featuring platinum bezel, titanium (Grade 5) side case, and a caseback available in either sapphire or platinum with a sapphire glass, showcases the brand’s dedication to craftsmanship. The dial of the ‘Minute Repeater Carillon’ is graced with a 60-second flying tourbillon visible at 6 o’clock, balancing the overall design. The three hammers, connected to a block, create chimes whose tone is influenced by the exceptional hardness of sapphire.
In terms of safety, three modules are integrated to protect the caliber from potential damage due to incorrect manipulation. The meticulous decoration of the caliber includes hand-polished black surfaces, Côtes de Genève on the bridges, circular satin finish on gears, and hand-circular graining on the main plate.
