Introducing the Chateau Nouvelle Chronometer by TAKANO
Tokyo Watch Precision, under the leadership of renowned watchmaker Hajime Asaoka, proudly presents the first model of its new TAKANO line: the Chateau Nouvelle Chronometer. This distinguished timepiece has earned certification from the Besançon Observatory in France, making it the first Japanese-made watch to pass the stringent chronometer test at this esteemed institution.
The Chateau Nouvelle Chronometer features a 37mm stainless steel case, meticulously mirror-finished with Zaratsu polishing. This attention to detail extends to the skyscraper hands, a signature element of Asaoka’s designs, which gracefully echo the curves of the bombe dial and crystal, creating a harmonious aesthetic.
Visible through the case back, the snake’s head engraving is a testament to the watch’s certification by the Besançon Observatory, a mark of high precision and a proud symbol of the TAKANO heritage.
The movement is a Japanese produced, 8-beat automatic mechanism, finely adjusted to chronometer specifications by Tokei Seimitsu, ensuring top-notch performance.
