Tutima Glashütte Unveils Limited Edition Saxon One ZSM Chronograph
Tutima Glashütte has introduced the Saxon One ZSM sports chronograph, a limited edition timepiece in Racing Yellow. This model is designed to deliver high performance, sporty aesthetics, and precise timekeeping.
Design and Features
The Saxon One ZSM, limited to 100 pieces, is characterized by its vibrant yellow and black color scheme. The stainless steel case, which is pressure-tested to 20 atmospheres, features sharp edges that enhance its bold appearance. The chronograph’s push-buttons integrate smoothly into the case, while the screw-down crown is protected by lateral flanks.
A notable feature of this chronograph is its central sweep minute counter, referred to as “Zentrale Stoppminute” (ZSM). This design allows elapsed minutes to be read quickly and accurately from the center of the dial. The first quarter of the minute track is highlighted in bright yellow for improved visibility during time measurements.
Functionality and Durability
The Saxon One ZSM includes a nonslip rotatable bezel with a red marker and a luminous dot at the 12 o’clock position. The watch is equipped with a comfortable, water-resistant rubber strap. Protection is provided by antireflective and scratch-resistant sapphire crystals on both the dial and the screw-down case back, which reveals Tutima’s Caliber 521 chronograph movement. This movement features automatic winding through its rotor, adorned with Tutima’s gold seal.
