UNIMATIC has once again collaborated with Massena LAB, the innovative studio founded by William Massena, to create a limited-edition timepiece—introducing the Modello Cinque U5S-ML, available in a limited run of 300 pieces.

This release marks a milestone for UNIMATIC as it introduces the U5S-ML, the first watch in their collection with a 36mm case diameter. With this smaller case size, the Modello Cinque U5S-ML effortlessly fits into the midsize and unisex categories, catering to a diverse audience of collectors and accommodating various wrist sizes.

Drawing inspiration from German mid-century industrial design, reminiscent of figures like Dieter Rams, as well as vintage Bavarian automobile dashboards from the 1960s and 70s, the Modello Cinque U5S-ML showcases clean lines and a minimalist dial. This aesthetic appeals to individuals who appreciate both superior design and functionality. The sleek dial features elegant glossy white markers set against a matte black surface, allowing the watch to be styled up or down to suit personal preferences.

Driving the Modello Cinque U5S-ML is the Swiss-made, manual-winding Sellita SW200-1 movement, boasting 26 jewels, a frequency of 28,800bph (4Hz), a 41-hour power reserve, and a hacking seconds hand. The timepiece comes equipped with a black tapered TPU strap and includes an additional tapered quick-release TPU strap in a straw yellow tone, matching the tip of the dial’s second hand, providing added versatility in styling. Each watch is elegantly presented in a branded UNIMATIC x Massena LAB tough case, accompanied by a warranty card and a unique ID seal.
